Shipping Policy

At Modern Dar, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Modern Dar is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred on international shipments. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are non-refundable.

Shipping Timeframe

The timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 0–3 business days.

Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We ship most of our products from our warehouse in Canada.

  • Canada & USA: 1–6 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
